One Night Booking Request Form

We understand that not everyone is able to do a minimum stay, so if you are hoping to book a  One Night Stay, please be sure to read our policies for ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS.

 Please check "Our New Booking Calendar under "BOOK A ROOM" to see if dates are available.  Unfortunately our "BOOKING CALENDAR"doesn't permit you to book one night, but you can still check there if there is availability and all room details. Please note we cannot book one nighters far in advance, unless there is a room on either side of another booking. Put in your request or call, and we will get back to you ASAP

Rates as follows in case you missed it:

​

"Firehouse Suite” (Mon-Thurs $190, Fri-Sun $210). One Night extra $30 charge.

“Alida’s Suite” (Mon-Thurs $170, Fri/Sun $190). One Night extra $30 charge.

Applicable Sales Taxes & 10% Service Charge for one night bookings.

                         Reservation Request for One Night!
        Riverview Organic Bed & Breakfast in Historic Piermont

Thank you for your One Night Reservation Request.

Once your request is received, we will send you an invoice for the Reservation which includes a $30 one night charge (due to laundry expenses) .
 
One Night Reservations are payable in full and will not be refunded as per our cancellation policy.
 
When you receive it, please pay the full balance which will then secure your reservation and block the calendar preventing others from booking.
 
Please be aware you have 6 hours from the time of the request to do this, otherwise it will be released so others can book.
 
If you do change your mind about coming and don't pay the invoice, please let us know ASAP as a courtesy so we can open up the calendar.
