ACCOMMODATIONS

 

Alida's Suite, located on the ground floor, with its own private entrance off of the side covered porch, has a queen size bed and a small kitchenette in the closet for guests to leave their wine and leftovers in. It also includes the living/dining room with an electric fireplace and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.  A set of double doors separate the suite from the Owner's quarters, so is completely private.

 

The owner prepare breakfast for the guests in the morning at a pre-arranged time that is agreed on and served in the dining area in your suite.

The Firehouse Suite, with its own entrance off of a covered porch on the second floor, is a self-contained one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, living room with gas fireplace & eat-in kitchen It is cantilevered over the Sparkill Creek, so you hear the stream gurgling during low tide as it makes its way out to the Hudson River.

Options for Breakfast are listed on the intake form which is reflected in the pricing options at time of booking.

NOTE: For those who may have pet allergies, please note that there are pet free rooms available. There are no cats on premises but occasionally once in a while a 12 year old Carin Terrier who may greet you at check-in time.
