Making A Reservation!

  • Reservations may be requested by phone, e-mail or using the secure online Reservation Request form.

 

  • Once confirmed we will require you to fiill out CONFIRM A RESERVATION FORM and provide a credit card as a guarantee and some additional information, even if you plan to pay by cash or check on arrival. A valid credit card is require to be on file for a confirmed reservation, in the even of additional charges or damages during the stay.

 

 

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse anyone accommodation, who does not provide or refuses to provide a valid credit card, regardless of whether or not a deposit has been received by other means. If the stay is within the cancellation period all policies apply.

 

  • You will receive an email within four hours letting you know if the room(s) you are interested in are available .

NOTE:

  • A request is only an inquiry and does not reserve a room for you, only places you temporaily on the schedule.

  • We will confirm if the dates that you have selected are available and then will send you and email with a link to the CONFIRM A RESERVATION FORM, requesting additional information to secure your room.

  •  At that time you may also use the CONFIRMING A RESERVATION FORM on the drop down tab, if you choose.

  • Please be sure to enter BOTH your Arrival and Departure dates in the menu fields.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Although we try our best to provide the room you have requested, we reserve the right to change or cancel a room reservation. This would only occur in the event of an unusual circumstance that would prevent us from being able to provide the room requested. Some of the reasons why this could happen are as follows:

 

Although it does not happen frequently, occasionally a long term guest may need to extend a stay; or there may be an error in the booking schedule that was missed; or we may have maintenance issues that cannot be resolved satisfactorily in time for a guest's arrival; or a natural disaster may prevent us from being able to supply service due to loss of power, etc. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation under these circumstances.

 

We will however, do our best to provide an equivalent or better accommodation if the situation arises, and the situation permits that option.

 

 

 

 

RE: ADDRESS AND DIRECTIONS FOR THE BED & BREAKFAST

 

  • As a private home bed and breakfast, we value and guarantee our customers privacy and as such do not take walk-in traffic or advertise our address.

 

  • Directions and the address to the bed and breakfast will be sent to you when the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed.
